Appetites

During a week of fasting, your mind wonders to food a lot.  (I know, kind of obvious!)  But it’s got be thinking a lot about appetite – not just with food, but with everything.  What drives me?  What are the things I strive for on a regular basis?

Our appetites are important to take note of because they give us insight to what our real passions are.  During this week, I’ve been able to really evaluate – Are my appetites healthy?   Today as you think about your life, ask yourself these questions: What are your appetites?  And are they healthy ones?
