Staying In Contact

We are living during a unique period in history where we feel the need to be in contact with people 24/7. One of the problems I am working to solve this year is the need to always be ‘connected’. It’s healthy to disconnect and take time away without access to the world. It’s almost funny how many inboxes and ways we stay in contact with people today.
