This past year I read Seth Godin’s new book ‘Tribes‘ and was really inspired by it. Here’s an interview with Seth where he explains the basic concepts of the book. My favorite quote from the interiew has to be: “Don’t be a wandering generality, be a meaningful specific.”

Just finished the book as well. It was a bit unsettling and overwhelming to me. I think that was his point. He doesn’t want to make you comfortable with how you are currently doing things.
